I’m not endorsing.

All eyes were on the Head of state as they all expected him to mention someone as his successor. The citizens have been following the formation of the political alliances . With the constant meeting of the political leaders ,Kenyans wanted to see who he shall endorse.

Speaking to the editors, he said ,’ it is not my duty ,nor is it my responsibility to tell people or to tell Kenyans how or where they should vote . But it is my duty to remind Kenyans that they need to look at who they vote for and why they are voting for that particular person and like I’m saying ,it is unfortunate that within among us there are those who will sacrifice interest over personal political agendas ,and I believe these are the things that Kenyans need to look for. ‘

Following the meetings that the head of state has been holding with the leaders, of the One Kenya Alliance and Orange Democratic Movement ,Raila Odinga he seemingly has some influence, on the succession.

The political class members all seem to be trying to be in the right books with the head of state, as he seems to be holding the password and key to the next state house resident.

Speaking on the BBI court ruling, the head of state ,stated that He has to obey and has moved on, saying that he shall reason with like-minded people. He added that,he was not the only one proposing the constitutional amendments. That he shall not tire in what he believes in. He also said that the Building Bridges Initiative would have birthed a more cohesive and peaceful Kenya.

He hoped that those who were willing to make the changes for the good of the citizens should not give up until they’ve achived a more cohesive and peaceful nation.
